Ingredients

    1small tin Tuna in water or brine (not oil)
    1 small tin Sweetcorn
    1 tin Campbells low fat cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup any whole wheat pasta
    lots of black pepper
    salt to taste

Directions

This is a really simple quick meal if you do not have much time.

Place the pasta on to boil with a little salt for required time. When pasta nearly cooked place soup and sweetcorn in a pan, warm gently until just at a simmer, add tuna. Cook for a couple of minutes until all ingredients warmed through. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Drain and serve pasta with tuna sauce spooned over the top.
