Ingredients

    3 sm boxes of crm cheese pudding
    8oz FF crm cheese
    2 cups Vanilla F1 protein shake mix
    5 cups milk
    pumpkin pie spice
    cool-whip
    cinnamin
    graham cracker crust

Directions

Mix 3 sm boxes of Jell-O cream cheese pudding with milk, add cream cheese and Formual 1 Protein Shake mix until smooth. Add pumpkin and pie spice. Break pie crust in a ziplock bag. Spoon 1 tsp of crust into 16-18 containers. Spoon 1/2 of mixture on top of crust. Spoon 1 tsp of FF cool whip on top with a sprinkle of cinnamin. You can freeze these as well.
