Introduction

Quick and easy and more of a kicked up Tomato Soup. Much better than it sounds. Quick and easy and more of a kicked up Tomato Soup. Much better than it sounds.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 pound of Ground Beef (Lean)
    2 can (26 ounces each) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
    6 1/2 cups water
    1 jar or can (26 or 28 ounces) Spaghetti Sauce (any flavor)
    1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
    2 Cups (8 ounces) Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

In soup kettle, large pot or Dutch Oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain off grease. Add all ingredients into the same pot EXCEPT the cheese. Bring to a rolling boil and then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Add in cheese cook and continuously stir until cheese is full melt through out soup. Makes 16 servings (4 quarts)

    Very Good
    Made this tonight for dinner. Super easy, a good recipe to have the kids help with! Kids and hubby all raved how good it was. I think it would also be good with ground turkey or turkey pepperoni. - 6/9/10
