Introduction

Kind of an invention. when I was a small child my mother used to serve slices of oranges seperated by small slices of onion and I loved it. So why not more fruit and onion. This is what I came up with and believe it or not I even like to add a little raw brocolli on occasion Kind of an invention. when I was a small child my mother used to serve slices of oranges seperated by small slices of onion and I loved it. Ingredients

    2 small unpeeled apples cut into chunks
    1 large orange cut into chunks
    2 med. stalkes of celery sliced in chunks
    1 Minature box of raisons
    2 TB fat free yogurt
    2 TB Fat free Miracle Whip
    2 TB raw onion chopped
    1 TB splenda
    1/2 Tsp "Cinnamon


Directions

Put apple, orange and celery chunks in a bowl. Toss in raisins and onions. In a seperate bowl stir until smooth the fat free plain yogurt and the fat free Miracle whip. Once smooth stir in the splenda and cinnamon. You could also add about a TB of nuts however I am doing this to keep the calorie content low. Pour dressing over the chunks mix until covered and chill for about an hour jprior to serving giving the salad time to meld with the dressing.
