Introduction

This is a recipie I found in one of my Kraft Food magazines. Everyone loved it! This is a recipie I found in one of my Kraft Food magazines. Everyone loved it!

Ingredients

    2 Chicken Breasts, no skin, cut up into 1 inch pieces
    2 cups of peas & corn frozen veggies, thawed
    1 can of cream of potato soup
    1/3 cup reduced fat sour cream
    1 6 oz box of stuffing mix
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400
Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package
In a 13x9 dish, mix chicken, veggies, soup and sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Layer stuffing mix on top of chicken mixture.
Bake approximately 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
