Ingredients

    1 cup quinoa, rinsed and draiend
    2 cups plain soy milk
    1 tsp cinnamon
    2 medium peaches, peeled, pitted, and diced
    2 TBSP flaxseed, ground
    2 TBSP hazelnuts, chopped

Directions

place quinoa, soy, cinnamon, and peaches in a pot. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Turn heat down, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. Mix in flaxseed and hazelnuts.
