Introduction

Ingredients

    2 c. Heartland Perfect Balance elbow macaroni
    1/2 c. Smart Balance mayo
    2 T. vinegar
    1/3 c. sugar
    4 t. mustard
    1 t. salt
    1/2 t. pepper
    1/2 large red onion, chopped finely
    1 large stalk celery, chopped finely
    4 T. grated carrot
    4 T. finely shredded cabbage
    1/2 t. paprika

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions.
Mix together mayo, mustard, vinegar, sugar, and seasonings. Add veggies and pasta; mix well.
Best if refrigerated at least four hours.
