Introduction

An old Weight Watchers recipe that I ate all the time. It fills you up, makes you feel like you have some good "fries" with your dinner, and is relatively low in cals & fat. Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 can sliced white potatoes, drained
    1 med. onion diced
    1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
    paprika, salt, pepper, other seasonings you like to taste

Directions

Chop up the onion & heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion & saute for 5 mins or so. Add the potatoes & try to make a layer 1-potato thick on the frying pan. Cook 5 mins or so (on med-high), then turn over. Cook another 5 mins or until your desired brownness.

Makes 2 servings, equal size.
