Ingredients

    * chicken broth, trader joe's organic free range, 2 cup
    * Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts), 0.5 cup slices
    * Onions, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    * chicken/cabbage filling from potsticker recipe, 24 tsp
    * Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp
    * Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 1 tsp
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    * *Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    * Garlic Powder, 1 tsp

Directions

1. Thinly slice onions and other vegetables. Saute in a little bit of broth till tender, about 5 min.
2. Add more broth to mixture and heat till boiling. Reduce heat. Drop teaspoons of leftover potsticker mixture into boiling soup. Simmer 5 min till cooked.
3. Add salt, pepper, sesame oil, shoyu, vinegar, garlic powder to taste.
