Ingredients

    13 oz. box of wheat pasta
    package of broccoli florets
    olive oil
    onion
    garlic
    1 3/4 c skim milk
    3 T flour
    salt & pepper
    1 T Dijon mustard
    1 c. shredded cheddar
    1/2 c. shredded Parmesan
    2 lbs. precooked shrimp

Directions

Cook pasta...half way through add broccoli and continue cooking.
Sautee onion and garlic in olive oil. Add 1 1/2 c. milk. Simmer.
Mix together 1/4 c. milk, flour, mustard, salt and pepper. Add to simmering milk. Continue whisking until thick. Remove from heat and add cheese. Keep whisking until cheese has melted.
Add shrimp until heated through.
Add cheese and shrimp to drained pasta and broccoli.
