Introduction
How about a healthier version of those fried patties? I love any recipe that has few ingredients and these are so quick and easy to make I make them once a week and everyone loves them! How about a healthier version of those fried patties? I love any recipe that has few ingredients and these are so quick and easy to make I make them once a week and everyone loves them!Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients
-
2 cans of your favorite Salmon
2 eggs
2 slices of 100% whole wheat bread or fine whole wheat bread crumbs ( i use my home made bread )
3-4 tbsp of teriyaki sauce
onions (optional)
honey (optional)
Directions
-De-bone the salmon.
-Grate the bread to make fine bread crumbs.
-in mixing bowl add salmon, bread crumbs, eggs, onions (optional), and teriyaki sauce.
-roll up your sleeves and get in there with your hands to make sure it is totally mixed together and ready to roll into balls.
-roll into balls and smash into 3 inch disks.
-place on cookie sheet and bake in oven at 350 for 20-30 minutes depending on your oven, watch them because baking too long can make them too dry.
-serve with honey (optional)
