    Roaine Lettuce, 8 Ounces
    Tomato, Sliced, 4 Ounces
    Carrot, Raw, Shredded, 4 Ounces

Directions

Mix every thing together and eat. I guess you could add some salad dressing, but then you're not eating Jarhead style.

    This is great. Not only do you get your vegetables, you get filled up as well. I top mine with just Balsamic vinegar or salsa. - 7/11/09
