Ingredients

    5 cups mixed greens
    6 oz grilled chicken breast, no skin
    1/2 cup diced red pepper
    1/2 cup diced orange pepper
    1/4 cup sliced almonds
    1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

    Dressing:
    4 parts white balsamic vinegar
    1 part olive oil
    3 cloves fresh garlic
    1/2 packet Splenda
    pinch of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to taste
    Mix in cruet and use 2 tablespoons on salad, store remainder in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
