Ingredients
-
1-2 Cans of Hormel's Chilli (with or without beans, its your preference)
Velveeta Cheese (You can substitute it for lower fat versions but there will be a taste difference)
1 Bell Pepper (Doesn't matter what color)
1/2 White or Yellow Onion
Either 2 Fresh Garlic Cloves or 2 tsp of pre chopped Garlic.
Directions
First start heating up your Chilli, you don't want it to cook to fast so but it on a low to medium setting and let it simmer.
While the chilli is cooking, chop your onions, bell peppers and garlic. After that is all done then add them to the chilli, once the chilli is simmering pretty good for a couple of minutes add about 3/4 of a package of velveeta cheese (the big package not the small one).
Once the cheese is melted then your dip is ready. This is good with chips (Tostito's Baked) or even over fajitas.
