Ingredients

    Ground turkey or 4 boneless, skinless turkey breast chopped.
    2- 15oz cans of kidney beans
    1- 15oz can of pinto beans
    1- cup chopped onion
    1 1/2- cup bell pepper
    3- garlic cloves
    2- tsp. cumin
    1/2- tsp. oregano
    3 1/2 cups of beef broth.
    Top with low fat cheddar cheese when serving.

Directions

Makes about 12 1-cup servings. Brown the turkey and transfer to a crock pot. Put in all other ingredients in crock pot, stir and cook on low for 4 about 4 hours.
