Ingredients

200 gr Lasagna noodles
Red sauce
150ge ground beef
0.5 onion
6 cloves garlic
100gr tomato paste
4 tomatos
0.5 cup basil
1 tbsp olive oil
0.5 tsp chili oil
salt, pepper
Bechamel sauce
2 cups milk
2 tbsp flour
100gr hard cheese +30gr for finishing
salt, pepper, nutmeg
Directions
Red sauce
look up bolognese sauce.
Bechamel sauce
Microwave milk at HIGH 3 minutes or until hot, stirring after 2 minutes.
In a large, heavy saucepan over medium heat. Add flour, Gradually add milk, stirring constantly with a whisk. Bring to a simmer; cook over low heat 8 minutes or until sauce slightly thickens, while adding 100gr cheese , stirring frequently. Remove from heat, and stir in salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Lasagna
Spread 1/2 cup red sauce in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Arrange lasagna noodles over sauce; top with half of the remaining red sauce mixture + 1/3 bechamel sauce. Top with 3 lasagna noodles, rest of red sauce, and 1/3 bechamel sauce. Add layer o lasagna and op with remaining bechamel sauce. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes, coverd in aluminium foil. remove foil and sprinkle with remaining cheese. bake 10 more min. or until lasagna is browned on top.
