Ingredients

    1 cup Butter, softened
    1/2 cup Icing sugar
    11/2 cup Flour, plain
    1/2 cup Custard powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 150ᵒC.
Beat butter and sugar to a cream.
Sift flour and custard powder together and gradually add to butter and sugar.
Although crumbly, the mixture will roll into balls.
Place on paper-lined baking tray.
Press lightly on each biscuit with a floured fork.
Bake for 10 mins or until pale golden colour.
