Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups of flour (can mix whole wheat and white or whatever)
    2 cups of lowfat buttermilk
    1 tsp of baking powder
    4 tsp of Sugar (I used splenda for the nutrition)
    2 eggs
    1 tsp of vanilla

Directions

Incorporate all ingredients and scoop with a 1/4th measuring cup onto hot griddle. Flip when small bubbles form in pancake.

Serving Size is one pancake.
