Introduction
I got this recipe from the crockpot cookbook I bought. It was so easy and so good! Can easily be frozen whole or sliced into servings and frozen for breakfast on the go. Ingredients

1/3 cup butter
2/3 cup splenda
1/2 cup egg beaters
3 ripe bananas, well mashed
1 3/4 cup wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
Directions
Spray 5 quart crockpot with nonstick spray. Dust with flour. In large bowl cream butter with electric mixer until fluffy. Slowly add splenda, egg beaters, and mashed bananas. Beat until smooth.
In small bowl, shift together flour, baking powder, salt, and baking powder.
Slowly beat flour mixture into creamed mixture. Add walnuts, if desired(not in nutrition facts).
Pour into crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours.
Let cool and then turn bread out of pot onto plate or serving platter
Makes 8 generous slices

I COULDN'T RATE THIS PROPERLY . MY HUBBY AND I REALLY LIKED IT . I DIDN'T THINK I WOULD. I DIDN'T HAVE BUTTER I USED I CAN'T BELIEVE IT IS BUTTER AND WHITE FLOUR. IT TURNED VERY GOOD. I HAVE BAKED BANANA BREAD WITH SPLENDA BEFORE AND IT WAS VERY DRY .THIS WASN'T I PUT IT 1/4 CUP WALNUTS MADE SERVING - 1/28/09

I'm glad you liked it! I only had wheat flour but it called for white in the recipe. I'm going to try walnuts next time too!
