3 medium raw organic potatoes (red is best) cut into cubes
3 medium stalks organic celery, chopped
3 medium organic carrots, peeled and chopped

    1 medium organic onion, chopped
1.5 cups of mushrooms, chopped into quarters
1/4 cup organic all purpose unbleached flour

Directions

Cut stewing beef into 1 1/2 inch cubes and place in a pre-heated on high slow cooker. In a small bowl combine flour with salt & pepper to taste. Add flour to beef and stir until beef is well coated. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, beef stock, worcestershire sauce and paprika combine well. Add carrots, celery, mushrooms and potatoes and stir all ingredients. • why a beef recipe in a vegan spark tea? Just curious... - 1/27/09

I'm confused? Because I'm part of the vegetarian/vegan team? If so, because I eat vegetarian meals and limit meat consumption to wild game. Beefalo is raised locally and is free range/grass fed. I don't eat beef but, wanted to let others who do that they can sub beef instead of Beefalo.
