Introduction

I added 2 pkts. of Truvia bec. of the varying sweetness of the ingredients used --- but it's plenty sweet! It all depends on how tart (or sweet) you like your smoothies. Ingredients

Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (remove)
Trader Joes Greek Yogurt, fat free, 0.50 cup (remove)
Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf st..., 12 oz (remove)
Truvia Natural Sweetener, 2 serving (remove)
*Trader Joe's Tropical Fruit Medley 1 cup (5oz/140g) w/ Pineapple, Mango & Papaya, 5 oz (remove)
dole tropical Fruit in fruit juice, 1 serving (remove)
Protein powder, soy, vanilla TJ, .5 serving (remove)
*365 Psyllium Husk (2 tablespoons), 1 tbsp (remove)

    3 or 4 ice cubes

Directions

Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth. This makes a very thick drink. I usually add only 1 splenda but that's because I like my smoothies a tiny bit tart. You can even add up to 3 tsp. splenda if you like it that sweet and not mess with the caloric count.
