Ingredients

    1 lb of ground beef
    3 16oz cans Kidney Beans
    1 14.5oz can Stewed Tomatoes
    1 med onion (chopped)
    2 cups Tomatoe Sauce

Directions

Brown meat and onioin together. Add other ingredients. Let stew for 3-4 hours.

Makes 12 - 1cup servings.

My mama also added various spices. refused to tell me what or in what quanities. Said it was a secret.
