Not too sweet not too sour, this is a family favorite. They are great on the grill as well. Just put reserved marinade in small pan and reduce like the original recipe calls for.

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs. boneless center cut pork chops
    1 cup orange juice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. dried rosemary
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tbs. olive oil included in calorie count

Directions

Mix all ingredients in resealable closing bag, add pork chops and marinate 30 minutes.

Heat 1 tbs. olive oil in saute pan. Add pork chops to pan,reserving marinade. Grill for 10 minutes per side or until done. Remove from pan and add reserved marinade to pan. Bring marinade to a simmer and simmer for 5 minutes while pork chops are resting. Serve a few tbs. of sauce over pork chops
