Introduction

Big, Fluffy, melt in your mouth pancakes with banana batter and blueberries cooked inside, Nutritious , Delicious, and EXTRA filling ! Big, Fluffy, melt in your mouth pancakes with banana batter and blueberries cooked inside, Nutritious , Delicious, and EXTRA filling !

Ingredients

    White Flour, Whole Wheat Flour, baking powder, slat, baking soda, skim milk, margarine, egg , honey, bananas

Directions

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Then in a seperate bowl mix the milk margarine, egg , honey , vanilla extract, and bananas (mushed). Slowly mix in the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until all is moist. Fold in the blueberries or any other extras you want to inlcude ( strawberries, flaxseeds, almond slivers) , being carful not to squish the berries! Pour onto a griddle, wait til the edges solidify then flip, being careful not to burn the edges!

Makes 8 JUMBO pancakes!
