Introduction

Easy to make tuna salad. Easy to make tuna salad.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 can of chunk white albacore tuna in water
    2 tbs. light mayo
    2 tbs. dijon mustard
    1 tbs. lemon juice
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced red onion
    1/2 c. shredded or grated carrot
    Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

Drain tuna very well. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Add either more mayo, lemon juice or mustard to achieve desired taste and consistency.
Serve whichever way you like your tuna.
Easy to change it up with olives or more mustard or dill easily. Also great with mustard powder.
