Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    .5 tsp salt
    2 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp cumin
    15 oz vegetarian chili with beans
    11 oz frozen corn thawed
    .5 cup thinly sliced scallions
    .5 cup chunky tomato salsa
    1 cup 2% mexican blend cheese

Directions

heat oven to 350. Spray 1.25 quart pan with spray.

In large skillet over med heat brown turkey and salt until no longer pink 5-7 min.
stir in chili powder, cumin, chili, salsa, and scallions stirring occasionaly, for 3 mins.
Transfer to pan sprinkle cheese evenly over top and bake 20-25 min until cheese is melted. Can be prepared night before and baked just before serving.
