Ingredients

    1/3 Cup Sliced Celery
    2 to 3 Tablespoons of Chopped onion
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1/2 Cup Cooked Brown rice
    3 oz. Cooked shrimp
    1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
    1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
    Dash of Garlic Salt

Directions

Saute celery, onion and mushrooms in Olive oil until tender, add cut up shrimp (or leave whole if you prefer) when shrimp is hot add cooked brown rice. Heat through.
