Ingredients

    2 Tbsp Promise Healthy heart
    1 small-med onion
    1 Tbsp minced garlic
    1 16 oz bag GV asparagus stir-fry vegis
    1 bag cooked peeled and cleaned shrimp (tail on or off)
    1 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
    1 ½ Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can Cream of Mushroom (98% fat free)

Directions

Sautee the onion and fresh garlic in the promise butter for a couple of minutes. Add frozen vegetables. In the mean time rinse the shrimp to defrost and remove tails if there are any. Add shrimp to vegis in pan. Let cook for 2 minutes. Add can of cream of mushroom, teriyaki sauce, worcestershire, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Let cook for about 5 minutes until shrimp and vegis blend with the sauce and vegis are tender. Makes approx. 4 servings.

    Great recipe! I used frozen oriental vegetables instead of the asparagus and it was great. I added some almonds too and it gave it an extra touch of flavour and texture. - 1/16/08

    So glad I found this, I came looking for a recipe that used the frozen aspargus stir fry mix because I love it! And the soup gives it a nice change from the ordinary. I served this with brwon rice. - 4/14/07
