Introduction
Being that it's just me here at the house, and a whole lasagna is way over kill, I made these and froze them into little individual servings, two to a package, so I can just bake them and go! 12oz Lowfat Cottage Cheese
1tsp Chopped Garlic
1tsp Italian Seasoning
3 links Jennie-O Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage
2 1/2 cups Ragu Light - Tomato & Basil
12 Lasagna noodles
1 1/4 cup Sargento Artisan Blends - Provolone & Mozzerella
Directions
Boil water and cook noodles, about 11 minutes. Drain and allow to cool.
Cook Italian sausage (I grill mine on the George Foreman) and slice. Set aside.
In food processor, combine: cream cheese, cottage cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic. Blend until smooth.
Smear (such an awesome cooking word) cream cheese mixture on to noodles. Roll up.
Place in 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish, toss in sausage, cover with sauce. Add cheese.
Bake at 350 covered with foil for 20 minutes, uncovered for 5.
Serving size is 2 rolls per person.
