Ingredients

1 pound skinless, boneless chicken thighs
1 ( 6.2 oz) package chicken and herb-flavored rice
3 (14 oz) cans chicken broth
3 carrots, sliced
6 oz heavy cream
1 1/2 tbsp chicken seasoning
1 (10 oz) package frozen corn
1 ( 10 oz) package frozen mixed vegetable
Directions
Cut thighs in thins strips.
Combine chicken, rice, chicken broth, carrots, chicken seasoning and 1 cup water.
Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 9 hours.
About 30 minutes before serving, turn heat to High and add corn and mixed vegetables to cooker. Continue cooking for another minutes.
