Introduction
This is a home made version of a smoothie I encountered at my old Gym...I usually don't measure the ingredients, this is the best estimate I could come up with. Ingredients

2 tablespoons of Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
4 Cups Skim Milk
1 Medium Banana, preferably a few days old
1 Cup of Old Fashioned Oatmeal (NOT instant!)
1/2 Cup Raisins
Packet or Teaspoon of Splenda, if desired (husband likes it, I leave it out for me)
Handful of Ice Cubes
Directions
Put all ingredients except for raisins and ice into blender. Blend until smooth, then add raisins, then ice cubes one at a time. Blend another minute or two until smooth. Add more milk if it looks too thick.
Makes 4 tall glasses, I make this for my husband and I after a good workout or sometimes for Breakfast if we don't have time to sit and eat.
