Remember- this recipe is for canning...It makes A LOT

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    36 Large tomatoes skinned
    12 large onions
    8 large green peppers
    4 large red peppers
    1 bunch celery
    1 tsp cloves (ground)
    2 Tbsp salt
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups vinegar
    2 tsp cinnamon
    2 tsp allspice
    2 tsp ginger
    2 tsp mace

Directions

Boil tomatoes about 1 hr. Then add EVERYTHING else. cook until thick or about 1 hour.
Put in bottles and process about 1/2. (for quart jars)
