Introduction

Quick and Easy Crock Pot meal. Quick and Easy Crock Pot meal.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    10 oz. package of broccoli
    2.5 cups of frozen corn
    2 medium onions (chopped)
    25 baby carrots
    3 small zucchini (2-3 cups, sliced)
    8 pre-cooked chicken sausage
    8 cups chicken broth
    1 tbsp black pepper
    1 tbsp dried parsley
    1/8 tsp celery seed
    2 bay leaves

Directions

Layer broccoli, corn, onions, carrots, zucchini & sausage in a large crockpot. Sprinkle seasoning over top. Pour chicken broth over top (so seasoning drizzles down into mixture).

Cook on high for 4-6 hours or on low for 8-10 hours. Stir occasionally. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Try substituting different veggies. I used what I had in the house at the time.

    Very tasty, but you might want to substitute a low sodium chicken or vegetable broth. - 3/6/07
