Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups of Whole Wheat Flour
    1 cup Baking mix (Like Bisquick)
    1 cup skim milk
    3/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
    3/4 cup Jif Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/3 cup splenda brown sugar
    1/3 cup splenda

Directions

Preheat over to 350 degrees. Mix flour, baking mix and baking powder in a large bowl.Microwave peanut butter for 30 seconds, stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients to the mixing bowl Bake for 15 minutes. Makes 20 2 tablespoon muffins.
