Ingredients

    1 1/2 C. julienne mango
    1 1/2 C. shredded cabbage
    1 C. julienne red bell pepper
    1/2 C. sliced red onion
    1 C. julienne jicama
    4 T. chopper cilantro
    2 stalks julienne celery
    juice of one lime
    1/2 T. fish sauce
    1/2 T. sesame oil
    1 T. olive oil
    1/2 minced jalapeno pepper
    2 t. minced ginger root

Directions

toss all ingredients and let sit at room temp for about 1/2 hour to marinate.
