Ingredients

    2 T smart balance butter
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    cajun seasoning, to taste
    4 servings gorton's fish fillets, minced (or 12 oz canned tuna/salmon)
    2.5 tbsp flour
    2 cups fat-free milk
    parmesean cheese

Directions

cook pasta according to directions
cook onion & garlic in melted butter in hot skillet until tender
add seasoning & fish
mix flour and milk
add flour/milk mixture slowly to fish mixture
add pasta to sauce
top with fresh parm cheese
