Introduction

My teenage daughter made this for dinner. It was so good that I got right on SparkPeople to share. My husband HATES fish, and he had seconds! She got this recipe from a friend. This recipe can also be used with chicken. My teenage daughter made this for dinner. It was so good that I got right on SparkPeople to share. My husband HATES fish, and he had seconds! Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pound fish fillets
    1 egg
    1/3 cup bread crumbs
    1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 t dried parsley
    1/2 t paprika
    1T butter, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

In a shallow dish, beat the egg. In another shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika and parsley.

Cut the fish into strips (about 3 inches long & 1/2 inches wide).

Dip each strip into the egg, then into the crumb mixture.

Place the fish strips on a lightly greased baking sheet.

Drizzle the melted butter over the fish.

Bake for 7-10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
