Ingredients

4 ounces chicken
2 ounces shrimp
Bird's eye stir-fry (any kind ) 1-2 cups
.5 cup extra peppers
.5 cup extra mushrooms
handful of bean sprouts
1 tbs of sesame oil
Sauce:
3TBS of low sodium soy sauce
1 green onion diced
3 tsp of white wine
fresh grated ginger to taste
2 mashed cloves of garlic
Directions
Heat wok until HOT!!! Add sesame oil and chicken. Cook chicken until almost cooked through. Add all the vegetables. Then add the shrimp in the last 1-2 minutes. Serve with Sauce
