Ingredients

    2 small or 1 large can chicken breast
    1 14 oz can beans (navy, black or kidney)
    1 small can chick peas
    1 can Hunts diced Tomatoes with basil,onion, and oregano
    6 oz small shaped pasta (sea shells, ditalino, rotini)
    Kraft

Directions

Cook pasta according to package instructions.
Rinse well with cold water and put in a bowl.
Rinse beans and chick peans, and add to bowl.
Drain and add chicken.
Add tomatoes, and salad dressing (approx 1/4 cup) and stir well.

Can eliminate chicken to use as a side dish, or substitute low-fat chicken broth for the salad dressing and serve hot.
