Introduction

A yummy beef and kidney bean chowder. A yummy beef and kidney bean chowder.

Ingredients

    1 qt Water
    3 cans of kidney beans
    2 small cans of tomato sauce
    1 medium onion
    3 baked potatoes ( peeled and cubed)
    1 pound of ground beef
    3-4 cloves of garlic
    Italian Seasoning

Directions

Brown ground beef in pan.
Once browned add water, tomato sauce, onion, garlic, seasoning and kidney beans in large pot. Simmer for one hour over medium heat.
Add potatoes and cook for another 15 minutes.
