This served as a great way to use up some leftover pumpkin and apple from making waffles. Thanks! - 10/19/14

Yum! Great recipe. Very moist and delicious. I will definitely make these again. Skipped flax and cranberries (didn't have any) and skipped raisins - personal pref. Used soy milk and added a little OJ. Topped with chopped walnuts and a sprinkle of brown sugar. Yummy! - 10/24/09

Very good. I didn't have flax, and used crushed up almonds instead. - 10/14/09

    Very Good
These were tasty and stayed together exceptionally well - no crumbs! Pop out of pan! My kids don't like raisins & cranberries however, I finely chopped them & added chopped walnuts too. They ate them no problem. Dense, moist texture, low calories & no oils. Mini muffins bake in 13 min. Thx! - 2/21/09
