I threw in some extra veggies that were left over from dinner the night before, i.e. broccoli, parsnips and a few scallop potatoes but I left out the dry mashed potato mix. I really didn't think it needed it. We really enjoyed it. - 3/5/09

    Incredible!
This was out of this world! I added a few random extra veggies that were in the fridge. I would definitely make this again. It's a perfect alternative to chicken soup. - 5/12/12
