Ingredients

    1/2 Medium Head of Lettuce
    1/2 cup Shredded Carrots
    1/2 cup Frozen Peas
    1/4 cup Red Onion
    1 cup Sour Cream
    1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    6 strips of Cooked Bacon Crumbled

Directions

Begin by chopping up 1/2 Medium head of Lettuce and place into a medium sized rectangular serving dish. Next, layer 1/2 cup Shredded Carrots, 1/2 cup Frozen Peas, 1/4 cup Red Onion, 1 cup Sour Cream, 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese and 6 strips of Cooked Bacon cumbled on top. Cover and chill in the refridgerator or serve.
