Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
    2 ½ tsp Baking Powder
    ½ tsp Baking Soda
    ½ tsp Sea Salt
    1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
    1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

    ½ cup Becel Butter - 50% Less Calories
    1 cup Splenda
    2 Eggs
    6 tbsp Milk
    1 cup mashed ripe bananas

Directions

1. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt, flax seed, and cinnamon and set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, cream butter and splenda, add eggs and mix until smooth.
3. Stir into butter mixture, milk and mashed banana. Mix Well.
4. Fill 12 muffin cups 2/3 of the way full. About 70-80 grams each.
5. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degrees oven for about 22 minutes.
