Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Fusili, cooked (pasta), 1.5 lbs.
    Cream of Chicken Soup, 3 can (10.75 oz)
    Pink Salmon (canned), 1 can
    Bean sprouts, .75 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 226.8 grams
    Peas and carrots, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    Trader Joe's Black Beans, 2.5 cup
    Monterey Jack Cheese, .5 cup, shredded
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .25 cup

Directions

boil and drain the pasta
mix all ingredients except bread crumbs in a large baking dish
Bake for 45 min at 375 degrees (as times may vary at altitude bake until an internal temp of 155 degrees is reached)
sprinkle bread crumbs over top and bake for an additional 5 minutes
Makes 15 servings
