Ingredients

    1 Box Barilla Plus Rotini
    2 Cups Fresh Asparagus, cut into 1" segments
    1/2 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil and Herbs, sliced
    1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 Can (1.75 Cups) Sockeye Salmon

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions (boil for 10 minutes). Add Asparagus to pasta water in last 3-5 minutes of cooking time depending on how crispy you like your asparagus. Drain pasta and place back in the pot along with the tomatoes, salmon, and olive oil. Mix well. Can be eaten warm or chilled for a pasta salad.

    Incredible!
