Introduction

Just a beef stew i like to make when its chilly outside and i do not want to spend all day over a hot stove. Just a beef stew i like to make when its chilly outside and i do not want to spend all day over a hot stove.

Ingredients

    1lb Parsnips (chopped)
    3 large Carrots (chopped)
    4 Sticks of Celery (chopped)
    1 medium-large Onion (chopped)
    1lb Beef Stew meat (cubed)
    3 cups Beef Broth

Directions

Uniformly chop Parsnips, Carrots, Onions and Celery.
Place veggies in slow cooker then add stew meat and broth. Stir and cook on high for 4-6 hours.

Serve either over rice or with boiled potatoes.
