Ingredients

    1 Avocado
    2 Bananas
    1 Lime (juice)
    Ginger root, to taste
    9 fl oz (300 ml) Soy milk
    9 fl oz (300 ml) Orange juice

Directions

Cut all ingredients into small pieces. Add them together in a blender and add the liquids. Blend for a couple of minutes until there is a smooth liquid without bits of fruit in it.
