Introduction

Ingredients

    3/4 C vanilla yogurt
    1/4 C skin milk
    1/2 tbs. dried blueberries/cherries
    1/4 C yellow apples, chopped
    1/4 C green apples, chopped
    1/8 C or preference, sliced raw almonds
    1/4 C chopped banana
    1 tbs honey
    1/2 C rolled oats, uncooked

Directions

Stir all ingredients together. I wait to do the liquids until last, so there is no way for the oats to get mushy.
