Ingredients

3/4 Cups Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
3/4 Cups Splenda Brown Sugar blend
2 1/4 Cups Whole-Wheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
8 Tbsp Smart Balance Light (softened)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Egg Substitute
1 Bag Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl
Soften margarine in microwave, add to dry mixture and mix well
Add egg substitute and vanilla to mixture, mix well
Add chocolate chips to mixture, mix well
Lightly grease backing sheet with baking spray
Roll 1 Tbsp dough in hands until it makes a ball, place on cookie sheet 1-inch apart
Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes
Let cool on baking rack or room-temp plate for 5-10 minutes before serving
